有組織、宣傳能力我採用了詞類轉換加意譯的手法。
這個organizer和public opinion leader to some extent就表示「有一定的組織、宣傳能力」，加上to some extent使話語顯得不那麼誇張。不過我們要記住：西方人不象中國人那麼謙虛過度，適當地讚揚自己是自信的表現。
舉例：1）our english teacher is a great dancer.我們的英語老師真是一個舞林高手。
2）our manager is a terrific fisherman。我們的經理特擅長釣魚。
3）are you a good sailor？你不暈船吧？
以上dancer、fisherman和sailor能譯成舞蹈家、漁民和水手嗎？
所以名詞化的譯法很地道。「宣傳」二字很難譯，直譯幾乎註定了成為敗筆。
